coLors fs:  we are all free we all have wings

I can only remember pink skies in Connecticut

Blue

Lavender strikes my eye

And in the sky

A great red diamond shines so high

And I see the great divide

 And I ask myself why

We’re just placed here to collide

Once upon a time

I felt myself go blind

You told me listen to the skies

The pink lavender blue skies

In my life

I told myself that I

Could only go so high

But you said listen to me

In reality

It was always meant to be

In the grand scheme of things

We all have wings

We all have time

To wonder why

And not compromise

On how far we fly

We don’t ask why

We just fly

I can only see pink skies in Connecticut

Blue

Lavender strikes my eye

And in the sky

A great red diamond glows so high

And I see the great divide

But my eyes

They lie

Show me visions of reality

About my dreams

Stretched before me

A false reality

My own eyes

See through the skies

The pink blue skies

The lavender skies

The pink skies in Connecticut

Blue......
